Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Designer to execute complex electrical and instrumentation designs with supervision under a project team. You will produce installation details, control schematics, and equipment specifications for 480VAC and 15kV/5kV systems.

The role requires 8+ years of industrial experience, NEC familiarity, and leadership to guide junior draftspeople. On-site collaboration, accurate estimates, and CAD proficiency are essential.

Competenze

• Education requirement as stated: Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD.
• Experience: 8+ years in electrical and instrumentation drafting and design.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical installation practices.
• Ability to estimate task completion and manage a small team.

Mansioni

• Produce installation details, MCC single lines, electric room layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Develop 480VAC and 15kV/5kV equipment specifications with review/approval.
• Create electrical installation specifications and grounding plans.
• Coordinate work with staff and discipline lead.
• Provide on-site startup support and guidance to junior drafters.
