Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design complex electrical and instrumentation systems. This role requires leading design activities, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and delivering detailed drawings and specifications for high/low voltage projects.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in industrial electrical engineering, strong knowledge of codes, and hands-on project execution from design through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of relevant industrial electrical/instrumentation experience.
• Experience leading design on complex projects and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete electrical/instrumentation design for complex assignments.
• Lead small to mid-sized projects and guide junior staff.
• Produce 15kV/5kV equipment specifications and installation specs.
• Provide on-site startup support and field verification.
• Review vendor drawings for conformance to specs.
• Develop layouts, cable schedules, MCCs, and grounding plans.
