Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a senior lead designer to supervise a team of designers and deliver complete electrical and instrumentation packages. You will provide technical direction, ensure schedule adherence, and maintain quality across all deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in industrial electrical/instrumentation design, strong NEC knowledge, and experience in creating detailed drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation specs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD required.
• 12+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical & instrumentation drafting and design.
• Proficiency with NEC and electrical installation documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers to deliver electrical and instrumentation deliverables on time and within budget.
• Produce installation details, single lines, layouts, cable schedules and wiring diagrams.
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with other disciplines for project success.
