Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility infrastructure projects across overhead, substation, and underground networks. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams, coordinating with engineering, legal, and customer groups.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in project management within a regulated environment; travel across MA/CT/NH may be needed; hybrid work arrangement is described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline required.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible project management experience on electrical infrastructure.
• MBA or advanced degree and formal project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of the project with knowledge of overhead, substation, underground, TNVs, SNVs, SCs, and Customer Stations; manage schedule and budget.
• Advise project teams on progress and financial status; develop and maintain construction schedules.
• Meet with customers on site; coordinate with internal resources; ensure SLAs and timelines are met.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and track equipment; collaborate with Rights and Legal for licenses and easements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing financial status and economics of projects.
