Responsibilities

• Develops tactical plans to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees projects through full lifecycle from application to closeout.
• Analyzes department goals, SLA’s and metrics; tracks costs and improves forecasting.
• Provides regulatory support and witness testimony as required.
