Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager to independently provide expert direction and planning for complex programs within Engineering. You will manage project lifecycles, coordinate studies, schedule resources, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to Eversource policies while exceeding customer expectations within regulatory time limits and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Applied Science/Business and a minimum of ten years of related experience; MBA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for leadership.
• Minimum of 10 years of directly related experience in program management.
• Willingness to travel MA/CT/NH as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs through full life-cycle from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate studies, schedule resources, monitor costs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide regulatory support, including responses to interrogatories and witness testimony as required.
