Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology; ABET preferred.
• Minimum of five years of related technical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and prioritize field engineering work with customers and internal teams.
• Review and approve work for internal/external requests and manage resources.
• Develop cost-effective preliminary and detailed engineering designs.
• Coach and develop field engineering staff; support safety and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery to customer specs.
