Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and tactical plans to ensure operational readiness and compliance with state and federal energy regulations.
• Oversees the department’s most complex projects through their complete life-cycle, from application to final test and closeout.
• Influences changes in philosophy, design approach or business practices for programs.
• Analyzes, tracks and reports on department goals, SLA’s and other metrics as needed.
• Analyzes data and develops reports and innovative solutions regarding projects.
• Tracks and analyzes engineering estimates and project costs to improve forecasting.
• Provides direction and guidance to employees working on the various programs; serves as program technical leader.
• Provides regulatory and legislative support, including answering interrogatories and witness testimony as required.
