Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide expert direction and planning for complex engineering programs. You will manage projects through their full life cycle, coordinating with internal stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams on regulatory matters.

A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Master’s in Engineering is preferred, and at least ten years of related experience. Travel between MA/CT/NH may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Business or Engineering.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Ten years of directly related experience required.
• Willing to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and tactical plans for the group to ensure readiness and compliance with energy legislation/regulations.
• Oversees the department’s most complex projects through full life-cycle from application to closeout.
• Leads cross-functional and company teams on regulatory and legislative issues as needed.
• Analyzes data, tracks goals, and reports on department metrics and budgets.
• Provides direction to employees working on programs and offers technical leadership.
