Job summary

Amteck is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead and supervise a crew on commercial/industrial electrical installations. You will mentor Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensure work quality and safety, and coordinate materials and schedules.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a small crew of five.
• Fluency in reading project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Willingness to learn BIM/communication tools and scheduling software.
• Strong communication with trades and supervisors; safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers, and Apprentices on site.
• Ensure quality of work to highest standards and adherence to NEC.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Assist in manpower scheduling for the team.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project documents; lay out work.
