Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare bid documents and complete cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will lead the estimating team, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and ensure accurate, competitive bids.

The role requires reviewing plans, value engineering, and presenting detailed estimates to project leadership. Strong industry knowledge and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of estimating or equivalent experience in construction.
• Experience with Accubid, LiveCount Cloud and Bluebeam preferred.
• CAD or 3D software experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare estimates and bid documents from quantity take-offs.
• Lead estimators and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
• Review specs and drawings; attend pre-bid meetings to define scope.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and ensure documentation backups.
• Develop labor productivity and unit costs based on site conditions.
