Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare bids and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will lead estimates, coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and customers to deliver competitive pricing and ensure timely bid completion.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 4 years of estimating experience, with proficiency in Accubid, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Perform arithmetic calculations for estimating.
• Mentor and assist with development of estimators.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-off for electrical projects.
• Lead bid packages and coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Review specs, drawings, and pre-bid meetings for scope and contents.
• Provide scope and pricing reviews to Chief Estimator.
