Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will lead estimating efforts, coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and customers to complete winning bids.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering and 4+ years of estimating experience, with relocation assistance and on-site work in the listed Texas locations.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Perform arithmetic calculations for estimating.
• Estimate diverse projects and supervise group effort.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-off and complete the estimate.
• Review specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Develop labor productivity and unit costs based on site conditions.
• Solicit quotes from qualified suppliers/subcontractors and review for conformance.
• Provide detailed scope and pricing reviews to Chief Estimator.
