Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead bid development for electrical construction projects. You will prepare estimates from quantity take-offs, review drawings, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to produce competitive proposals.

This role requires proficiency in Accubid, Livecount Cloud, Bluebeam, and CAD/3D software, plus the ability to mentor junior estimators. Travel up to 10% and a bachelor’s degree are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years estimating or related construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare estimate from quantity take-off and complete bid documents.
• Review drawings, specs, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope.
• Lead discipline sub-estimates and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure timely completion of client-required documents.
• Develop labor productivity and installation unit costs based on site conditions.
