Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare and manage bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will lead the estimating team, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and ensure accurate, competitive bids in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of four years of estimating experience, with proficiency in Accubid, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimate from quantity take-off and complete estimate with printout.
• Review drawings/specs; attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost savings.
• Lead sub-estimates for assigned bids and manage data backups.
