Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Sr. Electrical Project Manager, EPC to oversee large-scale electrical projects. You will provide direction, manage field teams, budgets, schedules, and client relations for complex sites.

This role requires coordinating with unions, managing risk, and estimating. You will mentor junior PMs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple jobs.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management; or 15 years related experience.
• 10+ years supervisory experience in Electrical EPC projects, union environment preferred.
• Experience with union subcontractors is a plus.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules and estimates with PMs.
• Interface with clients and subs to align scope and resources.
• Prepare change orders and oversee on-site supervision.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and policies.
• Identify new business opportunities with target clients/areas.
