Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking an experienced Sr. Electrical Project Manager, EPC to lead upcoming large-scale site projects within the Electrical division.

You will drive project direction, budgeting, scheduling, and client relations across multi-discipline teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include developing opportunities with clients, managing risk and change orders, and guiding junior PMs while maintaining safety and quality standards on complex electrical EPC

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience with 15 years in the field.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience in Electrical EPC projects, preferably in a union environment.
• PMI Project Management Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and manage field projects of any size, risk, scope and complexity.
• Develop new business opportunities relative to clients or geographic area.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Plan, organize and staff field positions through department heads or managers.
• Oversee on-site supervision to ensure design, budget and schedule adherence.
• Provide technical support and change order management.
• Ensure profitable project outcomes and maintain client relations.
