Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Sr. Electrical Project Manager, EPC to lead large-scale electrical projects at major sites. You will direct field execution, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in electrical EPC supervision, and PMI certification is preferred. This full-time, on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management; or combination of equivalent education and 15 years job-related experience if no degree
• Prior project management/P&L experience preferred; includes 10+ years supervisory experience in Electrical EPC project work, preferably in a union environment
• Experience working with union construction subcontractors is a plus
• PMI Project Management Certification preferred

• Provides technical guidance and change order initiation
• Manages profit/loss and financials of contracts; ensures timely billings and collections
• Develops new business opportunities for clients or regions
• Performs additional responsibilities as required
