Job summary

Champion Integrated Building Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the electrical engineering team and oversee design of electrical systems across projects. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, electrical system design, or related industrial electrical applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, single-line diagrams, schematics, equipment specifications, and applicable codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, including assigning work, setting priorities, reviewing performance, mentoring employees, and supporting technical development.
• Oversee the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, control panels, and related equipment.
• Review and approve electrical engineering deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership in evaluating design challenges and decisions affecting safety, quality, cost, and project performance.
• Manage workloads, resource allocation, design schedules, and priorities to ensure timely deliverables across projects.
• Establish and improve electrical engineering processes, design standards, documentation practices, and ISO 9001:2015 quality controls.
