Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Systems to lead complex power distribution and building systems projects. The role requires 10+ years of electrical design and strong leadership, with client engagement across commercial, manufacturing, institutional, and government sectors.

You will mentor engineers, manage budgets and schedules, and guide technical drawing, code assignments, and proposals while advancing business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Active PE license.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Strong background in power systems and electrical infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SKM and ETAP software.
• Knowledge of NEC and IEEE codes.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
