Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Deep knowledge of power electronics and motor drives.
• Experience leading engineering within a matrixed organization with strong cross‑functional coordination.
• Proven mentoring and career development of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of electrical engineers while managing workload and priorities.
• Contribute hands-on to schematic capture and PCB layout and review designs for quality and manufacturability.
• Drive development across power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing, and networking subsystems.
• Partner with mechanical, firmware, and systems engineering to ensure integration across subsystems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to communicate designs and support production.
• Establish and maintain engineering processes, design standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, testing, and hardware development.
