Zusammenfassung

PD Power Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer to design electrical/control systems for power generation and distribution. You will work with mechanical engineers to integrate controls and ensure robust designs.

Candidates should have a strong background in electrical power systems, PLCs, HMIs and CAD (2D required, 3D preferred). Travel up to 20% is possible for site or supplier visits.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years hands-on experience or 2-year technical degree with 15+ years in electrical/controls design.
• Experience designing control systems for power generation and distribution.
• Proficient with PLCs, generator controls and HMIs.
• 2D CAD required; 3D CAD desirable.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, edit and maintain electrical schematics, panel diagrams, cable assemblies, and wiring drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create, maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Source components per customer requirements and specs.
• Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to develop products.
