Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical engineering team, directing design, development, and technical direction of electrical systems for existing and future products. The role includes hands-on technical leadership and owning the final electrical design authority.

You will collaborate with mechanical, software, R&D, production, and field services to ensure manufacturable, reliable solutions, while mentoring engineers, overseeing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college.
5–10 years of electrical engineering experience with lead or senior design roles.
Experience with consulting engineering and industrial projects preferred.
Renewable Energy (Solar), UPS/BESS experience strongly preferred.
PE license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Electrical Engineering team.
Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Oversee design work, drawings, and BOMs; ensure manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
Provide technical leadership and final design authority.
