Henderson Engineers is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and guide the sector's technical vision. You will drive design excellence, resource planning, and mentorship to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects for our clients.

You will partner with sector leadership to align staffing, manage performance, and advance a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Expert knowledge of design, codes, and standards in A&E industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and ensure succession planning.
• Collaborate on staffing, capacity planning, and cross-sector alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and solve complex challenges.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
