Applicants should bring 12+ years in electrical engineering with a PE license preferred. The role emphasizes client interaction, technical leadership, and strategic business development within a dynamic, employee-owned firm.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer license strongly preferred; required for EORs.
• Advanced proficiency in electrical design and applicable codes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical design from concept through completion for large projects.
• Direct preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics, specs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across teams.
• Support staffing, training, and strategic technical direction.
• Ensure quality reviews and client communication throughout projects.
