Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Strong background in electrical system design and leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Experience with board design tools such as Siemens Xpedition or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering planning, execution, and validation of circuit card assembly development.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety requirements, and development processes.
• Facilitate design reviews and provide technical guidance for proposals and captures.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and PM to support new products and upgrades.
