RTX is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager of Electrical Engineering in McKinney, TX. The role leads an Electrical Engineering section within Mission Systems, driving program execution, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for DoD-related work.

The position requires an active DoD security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a STEM degree with 7–10+ years of relevant experience. Onsite work and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.
