Job summary

Pratt & Whitney seeks a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager in Richardson, TX to lead an electrical engineering team across DoD programs, driving circuit card and wire harness design with strong technical execution.

You will guide staffing, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to meet cost, performance, and schedule goals using structured project management and EVM techniques.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Strong background in electrical system design (power, digital or RF).
• Experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Siemens Xpedition or similar board design tools.
• Willingness to work onsite in Richardson, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team.
• Direct planning, execution, and validation of circuit card assembly development.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
• Manage resources, schedules, and Earned Value Management.
• Apply data-driven decision making for risk mitigation and trade-offs.
• Drive process improvements and technology roadmaps.
