Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• PE license is required.
• Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical design, Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex or large-scale projects.
• Direct or oversee the preparation of design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Develop solutions to advanced engineering problems, providing technical guidance across the discipline.
• Mentor and coach across teams, supervising less experienced designers and engineers.
• Participate in staffing, training initiatives, and technical strategy development.
• Provide quality oversight and final reviews to ensure standards compliance.
• Communicate with clients, resolve conflicts, and lead responses to technical questions.
• Lead or support strategic business development and maintain key client relationships.
• Serve as Engineer of Record when assigned, ensuring technical accuracy and professionalism.
