You will guide design from concept through completion, coordinate with project teams, and mentor designers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, 12+ years of experience, PE license, and strong Revit/Bluebeam proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for large-scale projects.
• Direct or oversee preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers across teams.
