Henderson Engineers is seeking Electrical Engineers and Designers to lead electrical building systems design for our Venue Sector, covering airports, convention centers, theatres, arenas, and training facilities. You will guide complex electrical engineering efforts, mentor designers, and deliver high-quality designs with a client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes.
• Ability to lead discipline coordination and manage complex projects.
• MEP/Construction industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for large-scale projects.
• Direct or oversee preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop solutions to complex engineering problems and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor designers and engineers and supervise junior staff.
• Lead staffing, training initiatives, and technical strategy development.
• Provide quality oversight and final reviews for standards compliance.
• Communicate with clients and resolve technical questions or design challenges.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
• Serve as Engineer of Record when assigned and ensure accuracy.
