Henderson’s Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to guide complex electrical engineering efforts on large-scale projects. This role provides advanced technical leadership, mentors designers and engineers, oversees project quality, resolves major design challenges, and contributes to practice-level strategy and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Certifications (RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL) highly preferred.
• Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical engineering design, applicable codes and standards, Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex or large-scale projects.
• Direct or oversee the preparation of design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Develop solutions to advanced engineering problems and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and coach across teams, supervising less experienced designers and engineers.
• Participate in staffing, training initiatives, and technical strategy development.
• Provide quality oversight and final reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
