Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation charging platforms and wearable hardware in Boston.

You will own electrical designs, drive from concept through prototype to production, and collaborate across Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Systems, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure robust, miniaturized, low-power electronics for our wearable technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant electrical hardware experience.
• Experience with integrated electronics, schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Proficient with ECAD tools such as Altium.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical designs and subsystems from requirements to production.
• Design integrated, low-power mixed-signal electronics.
• Lead from concept through prototype, validation, and production.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure reliable designs.
• Evaluate new components and design approaches for future capabilities.
• Support NPI and high-volume manufacturing with DFx.
• Travel up to 15% for collaboration.
