Jacobs is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – SME to serve as a technical authority for electrical infrastructure supporting hyperscale and mission-critical facilities in the United States. You will shape electrical strategy from utility interconnection through the IT load while directing technical reviews and mentoring teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program; Master's preferred.
• PE License required; active Electrical PE in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 15–20+ years of professional electrical engineering experience in data centers or high-reliability facilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead electrical architecture from utility service to IT load.
• Provide senior technical leadership for MV/LV distribution, substations, switchgear, UPS, and related systems.
• Perform or review power studies (load flow, short-circuit, arc-flash) using ETAP/SKM/EasyPower.
• Guide project delivery from concept through turnover; participate in RFIs and substitutions.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and integrated systems testing for critical-power infrastructure.
