Axon seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own electrical design, development, and validation of complex hardware for mission-critical devices. You will lead from system architecture to mass production, coordinating with RF, Mechanical, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams to tackle signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal challenges.

You will travel domestically up to 50% and work in a hybrid setup with onsite Boston-area engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading mixed-signal hardware from architecture to mass production.
• Proven ability to design high-density PCBs with power and RF considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Own detailed mixed-signal schematic design across processors, memory, power, and interfaces.
• Drive complex PCB designs from architecture through layout and release.
• Ensure robust signal and power integrity for high-speed interfaces.
• Lead component selection, power-tree design, and charging architecture.
• Collaborate with Mechanical and RF teams on thermal and form factors.
• Bring-up, characterization, debugging, and root-cause analysis with lab equipment.
• Prepare design documentation, BOMs, and manufacturing readiness for ramp & production.
• Provide technical leadership and design reviews for electrical engineers and partners.
