Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the electrical design, development, and validation of highly integrated hardware for mission-critical devices. You’ll lead from system architecture through fabrication, collaborating with RF, Mechanical, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams to solve complex challenges across signal integrity and power distribution.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of electrical and circuit-board design experience.
• Experience with high-density, mixed-signal PCBs and fast interfaces.
• Ability to lead hardware from architecture to mass production.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical design, development, and validation of hardware for connected devices.
• Lead schematic capture, PCB layout, bring-up, validation, certification, and mass production.
• Design for robust signal and power integrity across high-speed interfaces.
• Provide technical direction and reviews to engineers and partners.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, RF, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams.
