Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in a hybrid arrangement anchored in the New York area. The role demands ownership of complex electrical systems for mission-critical hardware, with collaboration across design, RF, and production teams to scale through the full hardware lifecycle.

You will lead schematic capture, PCB layout, RF integration, and debugging across multiple frequencies, ensuring compliance and robust performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of embedded electronics design experience with high-density hardware.
• Experience with PCB design, RF coexistence, and hardware bring-up in integrated devices.
• Knowledge of RF coexistence, signal integrity, and EMC considerations.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop mixed-signal schematics and drive PCB layout for processors, RF, power, and memory.
• Design and validate RF systems across wireless technologies, addressing performance and interference.
• Collaborate with Mechanical/Industrial Design for optimal form factor.
• Bring up, characterize, and debug hardware with test equipment.
• Drive BOMs, design docs, verification, and production readiness.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and external partners.
