Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer focused on industrial power systems and distribution to join our Electrical Engineering team.

You will lead design, analysis, and implementation for LV/MV power systems across manufacturing and process facilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and guide projects from concept through startup and commissioning, delivering safe and reliable electrical

Qualifications

• Senior electrical engineer with expertise in industrial power systems.
• Experience leading design, analysis, and implementation of LV/MV power systems.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical power system design projects for industrial facilities.
• Develop construction packages including one-line diagrams, power plans, layouts, conduit plans, schedules.
• Design low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems (switchgear, MCCs, transformers).
• Perform electrical system analyses including Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Load Flow studies.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, equipment suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Support construction activities, commissioning, startup, and field troubleshooting.
