You will drive design, mentorship, client relationships, and business growth in a design-build environment, influencing standards and pursuing market expansion with senior leadership support.

Qualifications

• Active PE license in the U.S. in good standing.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience focused on semiconductors/high-tech facilities.
• Leadership experience managing internal design teams in a design-build delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for complex semiconductor and high-tech facilities.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Oversee medium-/low-voltage power systems and critical power infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and foster office growth and collaboration.
