Selectek, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Process Engineer and Office Leader to shape the process utility infrastructure for advanced semiconductor facilities and to lead the local professional community.

In this design-build role you will guide engineering teams, develop PFDs and P&IDs, oversee UPW and high-purity systems, and mentor staff while aligning office goals with firm strategy in a high-growth sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of process engineering experience with a focus on semiconductors/high-tech facilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; active license in good standing valued.
• Strong leadership, client engagement, and communication skills for office leadership and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering design for large-scale semiconductor projects from conceptual design to detailed PFDs & P&IDs and construction documentation.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to internal project teams and ensure high-quality design deliverables.
• Lead the design of UPW, gas, and chemical distribution systems and perform hydraulic calculations and system modeling as needed.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and drive standards and best practices across the office.
• Cultivate client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and represent the firm externally.
