Actalent in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer & Office Leader to shape electrical infrastructure for advanced semiconductor facilities and to build and lead the local office. You will mentor engineers and serve as a trusted advisor to high-tech clients.

You will drive design and delivery of mission-critical systems, lead QA/QC, and foster staff development while advancing market expansion in a dynamic sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
Active PE license in good standing in the U.S. with reciprocity ability.
10+ years of electrical engineering experience in semiconductors/high-tech facilities.
Proven leadership in managing internal electrical teams through all project phases.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design and delivery for complex semiconductor facilities from concept to construction.
Provide technical leadership to electrical teams and ensure quality, on-time deliverables.
Oversee medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems and critical power infrastructure.
Mentor junior engineers and promote office growth and staff development.
Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and ensure code compliance and QA/QC.
Support business development and client relationships for market expansion.
