Job summary

SSOE Group in Oregon seeks a Senior Structural Engineer and Office Leader to shape the structural backbone of advanced semiconductor facilities. You will lead design, mentor engineers, grow client partnerships, and represent the firm with stakeholders.

You’ll manage cross-disciplinary teams in an integrated design-build environment, drive innovation with AI-enabled tools, and uphold rigorous standards to deliver large-scale, vibration-sensitive projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Active PE license in the US; SE license is desirable.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in semiconductor/high-tech facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and planning for complex high-tech projects from concept through construction.
• Provide day-to-day oversight to internal teams ensuring high-quality construction documents.
• Mentor junior and mid-level structural engineers.
• Stay current with codes, standards and emerging technologies and apply them to projects.
