Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in semiconductors, cleanrooms, or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven leadership in guiding internal electrical engineering design teams in a design-build delivery model.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and planning for large-scale high-tech and semiconductor projects.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to project teams, ensuring high-quality construction documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive standards, templates, and protocols.
• Represent the office externally and coordinate with clients, AHJs, and contractors.
