Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S. with reciprocity ability.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in semiconductor/high-tech facilities.
• Proven leadership of internal design teams through all project phases in a design-build delivery model.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills; mentorship demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for complex high-tech and semiconductor projects from concept to construction.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to internal structural teams and ensure high-quality construction documents.
• Oversee development of structural systems and calculations that meet deflection, vibration, and schedule criteria.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster staff development and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordination and constructability across projects.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, proposals, and industry events to support growth.
• Drive office leadership, culture, and staff development to align with firm strategy.
