Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in MEP design and consulting engineering.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, K-12 and commercial sectors.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Familiarity with design documentation and codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction projects within CMTA and with clients.
- Mentor staff engineers and provide guidance.
- Prepare drawings, specs, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and contractors.
- Ensure energy-efficient building designs.
