Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, controls, and related systems for bidding and construction across diverse projects. You will work on energy-efficient building designs with a collaborative team onsite at the Lexington office.

The role requires a BS in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, at least 3 years of MEP design experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• 3+ years of MEP design experience.
• FE registration preferred with potential for PE.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, read, and interpret technical drawings, schematics and specs.
• Interact with owners, clients, architects and contractors verbally and in writing.
• Apply standard engineering techniques to perform tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers to meet deadlines.
• Design and specify system components to meet goals.
• Review client design data to evaluate feasibility, cost and maintenance.
