Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience with MEP design and consulting engineering.
• Experience with internal and external project management.
• Experience in MEP design and specifications.
• Experience with Owner/Architect relationships.
• Healthcare/Higher Education/K-12/Commercial sector experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide design and construction projects internally within the office and externally with clients and contractors.
• Lead new project pursuits by providing input on RFPs/RFQs and participating in project interviews and presentations.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to staff engineers.
• Prepare, read, and interpret technical drawings and specifications; stamp drawings and affidavits.
• Coordinate with all disciplines to integrate client requests into design.
• Communicate scope, schedule, and budget to clients and team members.
