Job summary

CMTA, a Legence company, seeks an Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of consulting engineering/MEP design experience to develop electrical designs for buildings and infrastructure. The role requires collaboration with engineers, clients, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality systems.

The engineer will design power distribution, lighting, data networks, and low-voltage systems, and will contribute to documentation, project coordination, and QA activities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of consulting engineering/MEP design experience.
• FE registration preferred with ability to pursue PE licensure.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems including power distribution and lighting for buildings and infrastructure.
• Coordinate information and communications technology systems (data networks, DAS, security).
• Prepare and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
