Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or related field (ABET-accredited).
• 10+ years in a leadership role within EE firms or multi-discipline firms with energy code knowledge.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for multiple concurrent projects within your discipline.
• Mentor and coach engineers to advance technical skills.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other disciplines to meet schedules and budgets.
• Perform and review design computations and quality reviews as per PM plans.
• Represent the team in client meetings and industry organizations.
