Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years in a leadership role with an Electrical Engineering firm or multi-discipline firm.
• Strong knowledge of energy codes and standards.
• Professional licensure preferred (PE) and additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for multiple concurrent electrical projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project managers.
• Coordinate client meetings and present technical solutions.
• Develop engineering documents, reports and drawings.
• Review workflows and improve efficiency with best practices.
• Ensure project scope, schedule and budget are met.
